As a former school counselor and educator, I spent 10+ years working in schools—private, public, and special education. I am uniquely skilled in understanding child and adolescent development, I have supported countless families in their parenting journeys, and I believe in a collaborative model between home, school, and therapeutic intervention to foster growth in young people. In addition to my professional life, I am a mom to three kids. My family and I enjoy spending time outside, especially at the beach.
